Every statutory register CORGIS generates

CORGIS produces 64 registers and returns for establishments in Telangana, grouped into the nine sets below. Not all of them are prescribed forms — several are records an employer keeps without a proforma behind them, and each page says which is which. The wage, contribution and entitlement registers are kept separately under each register type an employer falls under — Shops & Establishments, Factory, Contract Labour as principal employer and as contractor, and POSH — so across all five that comes to 168 generated registers, of which any one establishment keeps the sets that apply to it. Each is computed from the attendance and payroll data already held against the company — not typed into a template — so the figure in a wage register, the figure on the wage slip and the figure in the annual return that draws on both cannot disagree.

Which set an establishment keeps depends on what it is. A shop or commercial establishment keeps the Shops & Establishments registers; a registered factory keeps the Factories Act set instead; an establishment engaging workers through contractors keeps the Contract Labour registers alongside whichever of those applies. The contribution and entitlement sets — EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax — run in parallel with all of them.
